FRAG.NOIR is a film and photography project exploring Shibari through a monochrome, avant-garde visual language. Blending performance, erotic authorship, and fragmented cinematic aesthetics, the work examines power, intimacy, and the body as sculptural form.
Room 916
ROOM 916 is a site-specific Shibari performance series by Karada House, created for the 11-year anniversary of 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin. Through live rope performances and photographic documentation, the project explores intimacy, spatial dynamics, and the shifting boundary between performer and audience within a hotel room setting.
POLE & ROPE: INTERTWINED
A short 3-minute exploration with Tilly Poison, combining Pole Dance and Shibari to investigate freedom, restriction, and spatial dynamics. The project merges movement, rope, and presence to create an intimate study of embodiment and performative interplay.
Trans*mutation
A hook suspension performance presented at the opening of Karada House in Berlin. Structured as a three-part work, it engages with the space’s former identity as a church to explore trans embodiment, transformation, and reclamation through ritual, suspension, and presence.
Primordial Threads
A short film project, created in Berlin, exploring bodily expression, emotion, and shared authorship through light, movement, and atmosphere. Filmed at Karada House, the project traces the emergence of a collective visual language shaped by intimacy and collaboration.
Ongoing project collaboration with Mamana, capturing queer and diverse bodies in Shibari. Combining photography, art direction, and performance, it foregrounds bodily autonomy, gender expression, and moments of euphoria, offering participants a space to shape how they are seen while producing visually and emotionally compelling work.
