IT ALWAYS STARTS WITH A QUESTION
While co-directing The Artist and the Pervert (2018), composer Georg Haas asked me: “Are you truly living the life you want?” That question stayed with me, sparking reflection on how I move through the world, inhabit my body, and connect with others.
In 2019, I co-founded Karada House Berlin with Caritia and Mamana — a space where bodies, desire, and identity can be explored intentionally, openly, and with care.
I work primarily with photography and film, exploring identity, gender, sexuality, and taboo through the human body as a visual, visceral, and psychological landscape. At Karada House, and through my art, I create spaces where people feel seen, held, and able to transform — with the body as both canvas and compass.
