Luna Duran and René de Sans, in collaboration with Karada House, presented this hook suspension performance as part of the grand opening in August 2023. The excerpts of the performance are divided into three distinct parts, akin to a triptych, guiding you on an artistic journey within the space that was once a consecrated church, and is now reborn as a haven for the queer and kinky.

Through these three distinct yet interconnected excerpts, Luna Duran and René de Sans celebrated the transformation of the Karada House, utilizing the space’s ecclesiastical history to create a powerful narrative of self-acceptance and exploration in a world often marked by rigidity and judgment.
